An Unforgettable Experience with Exceptional Service
Our stay exceeded expectations, particularly due to the stunning riverside views and attentive staff. Enjoyed delightful cocktails and tasty meals overlooking the terrace. For the best experience, reserve a table during the sunset. It's truly magical! Room was cozy and inviting.

Charming hotel, friendly staff, with delightful room amenities like a flat-screen TV and a kettle for tea. It's conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the local area attractions.
Nothing all excellent.

The riverside garden is absolutely charming, perfect for leisurely strolls and relaxation. The décor throughout is delightful, blending modern comfort with a touch of timeless elegance, making me feel quite at home during my stay.
More seating for seniors in the garden area.

Charming garden areas add a nice touch.
My stay was overshadowed by the poor service. The room was directly above the noisy bar, making sleep nearly impossible. I also faced challenges with the lack of privacy due to sound insulation issues. I heard everything from the adjacent rooms.

The garden was a wonderful spot for our kids to play while we enjoyed a lovely meal. The staff were incredibly attentive. Carl made sure our late arrival was accommodated, and Yulia brought us everything we needed with a smile.
My kids wished there were more options for family-friendly activities. a kids' club could enhance the experience.

Cozy vibes and great food!
We had a lovely stay! The cozy room was warm, with nice decaf coffee and oat milk—great for my partner. The staff were super friendly, and the gardens are perfect for a stroll along the river. A bit of a bummer was the high drink prices at the bar. Totally worth it for the atmosphere, though!

I fell in love with the stunning views of the river from my room—it was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The delightful afternoon tea was a highlight, served with generous clotted cream and sparkling wine while I cozied up with vintage books. Exploring the beautiful riverside garden was like stepping into a serene escape right in the heart of nature.

missingWrote a review on Sept 23riverside patiounique décorexcellent cocktailsdim lighting
The riverside patio offers an excellent spot for sipping cocktails, especially during sunset.
Parts of the interior could use some TLC. chipped paint and worn armchairs in the hallway suggest neglect. The bathroom finish left something to be desired, with cracks in the ceiling paint and rough patches. Dim lighting in the bedroom felt frustrating, and the coffee situation was lackluster—no milk provided, and the cups were tiny, even for tea. Finding parking isn’t intuitive, as it sits across the street with a barely-there sign, making late arrivals challenging. Lastly, despite the premium pricing, I expected better overall quality to match the upscale market.

had a really nice stay at bingham riverhouse. the staff were super friendly and helpful, reception couldn’t fault them. the room we got was a comfy double room with nice views. the vibe was totally chill and the food was good too. Loved how close it is to the thames. perfect for a walk.
but the parking was kinda tight and the hotel sign is way too small, drove past it a few times. also, some kids were kinda loud next door at night.

I had a fantastic time staying with friends! We loved exploring the tranquil garden and took part in classes at the bhuti Yurt, which really nourished our minds. The service was attentive, and the dining options were delightful, especially the hot breakfast. Just a heads up on food prices—they’re a bit high, but it fits with the overall vibe.
